Vyacheslav Nichik's love for music was born in his youth. As a result of hard work, the musician has achieved tremendous success. He performed with various and this made it possible to play in almost any direction of music. The metal-guitarist played on the same stage with Anthrax and Lamb of God. Repeatedly became a participant in music festivals, such as Idartes Festival Rock al Parque Hummingbird Press Colombia 2017 and Polish Rock-festival Woodstok 2007.
ABOUT THE BEGINNING OF THE CREATIVE PATH
Being a metal guitarist is probably not a career for me, but a path. My first music notebook appeared in 1974. First, I got a touch guitar, then a Czech electric guitar Jolana Tornado and Musima Eterna de Luxe. After a couple of years, my father's car was sold and I bought a Gibson or Fender guitar. In 1980 I graduated from the Academy of Arts with a musical specialisation. I did not have a permanent musical band, I played at weddings and dance floors with different groups until I got on the ship "Ukraine" Belarus of the Black Sea Shipping Company along the Crimean-Caucasian line. We had to play everything, but I wanted more improvisation.
In the 90s meeting with Dimebag Darrell and Michael Angelo Batio (editor - American virtuoso guitarist) changed my mind and I switched to only guitars by Dean guitars (USA), later I released the Heaven & Hell series with a diamond with the assistance of Elliot Dean Rubinson.
ABOUT COOPERATION, PERFORMANCES AND OWN MUSICAL ACADEMY IN UKRAINE
With my music, I don't want to prove anything to anyone, music for me is inspiration, my life. For a while, I even worked as a foreman at the Odessa Musical Instruments Factory. Then again performed with different musicians. I performed with world rock stars: American singer Susie Quatro, american virtuozo guitarist Al Di Meola, British rock band Uriah Heep...
I collaborated not only with musicians or with my band at festivals, but also with the support of the spirit of the footballists with my solo playing in the arenas. So I played in the UEFA Cup in 2019, in Istanbul, Rio de Janeiro Maracana 2007 and England Wembley 2013.
I opened football matches in my native Odessa, at the Chernomorets stadium. I collaborated with different bands under contract, and in 2016 I created my own band "Shred Method". The group, in addition to me, includes bass player Pavel Mainov and drummer Igor Veligula. This is the latest version of the composition.
For me, teaching someone is not a new level, but only an explanation of the fact that you can learn something yourself, but something is given from above. I do it in my Academy in Odesa.
"SHRED METHOD" ABOUT THE PHYLOSOPHY MUSICAL PARAPHELNALIA
Everything depends on the sound. And the sound depends on the material from which the musical instrument or paraphernalia is created. Guitar picks sometimes seem to us so insignificant as consumables that few people can even guess that picks have their own history and their varieties are no less than varieties of guitars. In addition to the well-known materials from which various types of picks are made, today such exotic materials are used in their production, such as: metal, bone. The peculiarity of a pick for a guitar made of second material is that even with a small thickness it does not bend and can last a long time. Also my collection collection of 37 guitars started in 1980.
ABOUT OWN SERIES OF GUITARS "HEAVEN AND HELL"
The concept of the Heaven and Hell guitar was invented by Dean Guitars in the early 90s. We wanted to make adjustments to expand the possibilities in playing the guitar. As a result, "born" Heaven and Hell. The guitar has a powerful, rich, melodic tone. A lot of materials have been used for improvement. Her character is "good-natured", docile, reliable. She will not let you down and will be equally faithful to you working on both on stage and in the studio.

On Friday, August 1st, a private screening of Sophie Karl’s film "A Requiem for Desire" took place in London at the Soho Hotel. The film tells a story of love and the realization that you may not be living your first life — and that, little by little, you begin to feel it in this new incarnation. Sophie worked in collaboration with visionary director Isaac Lawrence and with the editor Stephen Southouse. What the premiere felt like and the deeper meanings Sophie and Isaac embedded into the film — as well as its strong and weak points — were discovered firsthand by the founder of Drive Music Media, Asya Radko, who attended the event.
Devin Cecchetto is not only an actress known for her role as the younger version of Evelyn Goodwin in the Canadian series The Way Home about healing family and personal traumas through time travel via a mysterious pond, but also a singer-songwriter. She doesn’t limit herself to one genre, as she grew up listening to all kinds of music — and that helped her find balance between styles and, most importantly, feel free in her music. This week, she released a light, summery track called “So Obvious” along with a music video for the song. This summer, she’s been diving deep into music and opened up to us about the heartfelt creation of “Ships in the Night”, inspired by her life story, and the effortlessly breezy “So Obvious”.
On Thursday, July 24th, Asya Radko, the founder of Drive Music Media, attended a private viewing of Johnny Depp’s original artworks, "Let the Light In," held at the charming Castle Fine Art gallery on South Molton Street in London. Johnny Depp, as an artist, has a deep sensitivity to emotion and isn’t afraid to use a different color palette in each of his works — sometimes wrapping you in an embrace, other times sending you spiraling into the depths of human consciousness. During the event, Asya spoke with art expert Alina Mihai about Johnny’s technique, the deeper meanings behind his work, and the exhibition itself, which opened to the public a week earlier.
SHÉLEST is a Ukrainian rock band that formed through an interesting symbiosis: Liana, who spent a long time searching for herself in music and eventually found her path after several performances in collaboration with Leonid — and Leonid himself, who knew since the age of 15 that he wanted to create his own songs, and dreamed of forming a rock band with a female vocalist during his student years. Recently, they became the winners of the Ukrainian competition held in London, Chervona Ruta, and are now actively working on their debut album — the first in a series of “elemental” albums, each one inspired by natural phenomena such as fire, air, and earth. Liana Hrytsa and Leon Vovnyar shared with Drive Music Media the beginning of their journey, their experience at Chervona Ruta, and the deeper meanings behind their new song «Chomu?» (Why?).
On Thursday, July 17, one of London’s oldest pubs and live music venues, The Troubadour, lit up with an explosive show organized by concert curator and artist Darcy Winter. The lineup featured local bands MOSAICS, French Toasts, and The Prior.
